1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Double Take: Single Cut application ("App") developed by RevaRamdoot Studios ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Double Take: Single Cut is a mobile camera application that enables simultaneous recording from both the front and rear cameras of your device. The App offers multiple layout options including split-screen, picture-in-picture, and other compositing modes with real-time processing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Device Permissions

The App requires the following device permissions to function:

• Camera: Access to front and rear cameras for dual recording
• Microphone: Audio capture during video recording
• Storage: Saving recorded videos to your device

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, but the App may not function properly without them.

5. In-App Purchases

• The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features or to remove advertisements
• All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms of service
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Record individuals without their knowledge or consent where required by law
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Record in locations where photography or video recording is prohibited
• Violate any applicable privacy or surveillance laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording and privacy in your jurisdiction.

7. Your Content

• All videos recorded with the App are stored locally on your device
• You retain full ownership of all content you create with the App
• We do not access, upload, or store your recorded videos
• You are responsible for the content you create and how you use or share it

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of RevaRamdoot Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

9. Device Compatibility

• Dual camera recording requires hardware support — not all devices support simultaneous front and rear camera usage
• Performance may vary depending on your device's processor, RAM, and camera capabilities
• We do not guarantee the App will work on all Android devices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of recorded content due to device failure, App crashes, or storage issues
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevaRamdoot Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, content you create, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Videos already saved to your device remain yours.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
