GenAI: AI Video Generator

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GenAI: AI Video Generator application ("App") developed by RevaRamdoot Studios ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GenAI is a mobile application that allows users to generate videos using artificial intelligence engines. The App provides access to multiple third-party AI models including but not limited to Sora, Veo, PixVerse, Kling, WAN, Hailuo, and LTX for text-to-video and image-to-video generation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. In-App Purchases and Credits

  • The App may offer in-app purchases for credits, subscriptions, or premium features
  • All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms of service
  • Credits are non-transferable and may have expiration dates as specified in the App
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit packages at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Create content depicting minors in any inappropriate manner
  • Produce content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • Videos are generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content
  • AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or biased results
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately
  • Generated content may be subject to the terms and usage policies of the underlying AI engine providers

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of RevaRamdoot Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the text prompts and images you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through the AI engines solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos.

8.3 Generated Videos

Ownership and usage rights for AI-generated videos may be subject to the terms of the specific AI engine used. We recommend reviewing the terms of the respective AI provider for commercial use rights.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party AI services to function. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, performance, or downtime of third-party AI engines
  • Changes to third-party services that may affect App functionality
  • Content policies or restrictions imposed by AI engine providers

10. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice
  • Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability
  • AI engine availability depends on third-party providers and is outside our control

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevaRamdoot Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
