1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FlashLight Studio application ("App") developed by RevaRamdoot Studios ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FlashLight Studio is a mobile utility app that turns your device into an LED torch and screen light, with strobe, SOS, and disco blink modes, a Quick Settings tile, a home-screen widget, and configurable flash alerts that flash the LED torch when a call, notification, or SMS arrives.

The App has no internet connectivity of any kind, contains no advertisements, and does not require you to create an account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. No Accounts, No Purchases

  • The App does not require or support the creation of a user account.
  • The App is currently free to use, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements.
  • Should this change in a future version, we will update these Terms and the App's Play Store listing accordingly before any such feature is enabled.

5. Device Permissions

The App requests certain device permissions solely to provide its features, and processes everything on your device — the App has no internet permission and cannot transmit any data anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for a full explanation of each permission and how it is used.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, tamper with, or interfere with the App's normal operation
  • Use the flash-alert or notification-access features to monitor or surveil another person without their knowledge and consent

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of RevaRamdoot Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with, embed, or rely on any third-party SDK, advertising network, analytics service, or backend server. It functions entirely offline.

9. Service Availability and Hardware Limitations

  • The torch feature requires a device with a camera flash (LED); devices without one can still use the screen-light feature
  • We may modify, improve, or discontinue any feature at any time, including in future App updates
  • We do not guarantee that every feature will function identically across all device manufacturers and Android versions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose (for example, reliance on the App as a sole safety or emergency signaling device)
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevaRamdoot Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Because the App has no accounts or servers, there is nothing further for us to terminate on our end.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
