Invoxa: Invoice Receipt Maker
Effective Date: August 20, 2026 | Last Updated: August 29, 2026
1. Introduction
RevaRamdoot Studios ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Invoxa: Invoice Receipt Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect. Please read it carefully. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The short version: Your invoices, clients, and business details are stored on your device, not on our servers. You do not need an account to use the App. There are no advertisements, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers. Your invoices and the details in them leave your device only if you personally choose to send an invoice, or if you personally switch on Google Drive backup — and in that case the backup goes into your own Google Drive, not to us. The one thing the App checks over the network on its own is whether a paid subscription is active, through our subscription provider RevenueCat, which never receives your invoices, clients, or business details. Section 6 explains exactly what that involves.
2. Information We Collect
We collect none of the content you create. RevaRamdoot Studios operates no server that receives your invoice data, and the App contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDK that would transmit information about you to us or to anyone else. The single exception to "nothing leaves the device" is your subscription status, which is held for us by our subscription provider under an anonymous identifier and is described in full in Section 6.
2.1 Data you create, stored on your device
The following is saved in the App's private storage on your phone, and is never uploaded to us:
- Invoices and estimates you create, including line items, totals, discounts, taxes, due dates, and payment status.
- Client records you add, such as name, address, email address, and phone number.
- Your business profile(s), including business name, address, contact details, tax registration details, and payment instructions.
- Your product and service catalogue, including item names, prices, and barcodes.
- Branding assets you supply, such as your business logo and your handwritten signature.
- Your presets and settings, such as saved tax rates, payment methods, terms and conditions, template choices, and reminder preferences.
Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage from Android Settings, permanently removes all of this from your device.
2.2 No account required
You can create, edit, export, print, and send invoices without ever signing in. The App does not require you to register, and it does not ask for your name or email address in order to function. Signing in is optional and is used for one purpose only — Google Drive backup — described in Section 4. Buying a subscription does not create an account with us either, and it is not linked to your Google profile on our side (Section 6).
3. Device Permissions and Why We Use Them
The App requests the following Android permissions. Each is used only for the feature it is named for:
- Camera: Used only to scan a product barcode so a matching item from your own catalogue can be added to an invoice as a line item. Barcode decoding happens entirely on your device; no image, video, or camera frame is ever saved, uploaded, or transmitted.
- Internet: Used for four things only: (a) downloading the App's typefaces on first launch via Android's Downloadable Fonts system, which requests them from Google Play Services rather than bundling them in the App; (b) Google Drive backup, if you switch it on; (c) Google Sign-In, if you use it; and (d) checking your subscription status and fetching current subscription prices, through Google Play and RevenueCat (Section 6). If you never enable backup or sign-in, no invoice data of yours is ever sent over the network by the App.
- Notifications: Used to show the payment reminders you have switched on yourself (for example, "invoice due tomorrow"). Reminders are generated and scheduled locally on your device — there is no push-messaging service in the App, so no reminder content is routed through any server.
- Run at Startup: Used only to re-schedule your existing payment reminders after your device restarts, so they keep firing. It does not launch the App or collect anything.
The App deliberately avoids broader permissions where Android offers a narrower alternative:
- Choosing a logo uses Android's system photo picker, so the App receives only the single image you pick and never requests access to your photo library as a whole.
- Importing a customer from your contacts uses Android's system contact picker, so the App receives only the single contact you choose. The App does not request permission to read your contact list.
4. Google Sign-In and Google Drive Backup (Optional)
Cloud backup is switched off by default and is entirely optional. If you choose to enable it:
- You sign in with your Google account. We receive only the basic profile information Google provides for sign-in (such as your email address and account identifier), and we use it solely to connect the App to your Drive. We do not build a profile on you, and we do not share it.
- Your backup is written to the hidden, app-private application-data folder of your own Google Drive account. RevaRamdoot Studios does not host, receive, or store a copy of your invoice data on any server we operate.
- The App requests only the app-data scope for Drive. It technically cannot see, read, or modify any other file in your Drive — your documents, photos, and other files remain inaccessible to it.
You can disconnect at any time by signing out in the App, and you can additionally revoke the App's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Signing out does not delete the invoice data held locally on your device.
5. Sharing, Printing and Emailing Your Invoices
When you export an invoice, the App generates the PDF on your device and then hands it to whichever app or service you select — your email client, a messaging app, a printer, or your device's file storage. That hand-off is initiated by you and goes directly from your device to the destination you picked. The invoice does not pass through us at any point.
Once a PDF leaves the App, it is governed by the privacy policy of whichever app or service you sent it to, not by this one.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Invoxa offers an optional paid subscription. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Your payment card number and billing details are handled by Google and are never seen, collected, or stored by the App or by us.
To confirm that a purchase is genuine and still valid, the App uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States) as its subscription provider. RevenueCat checks purchases against Google Play on its own servers and tells the App whether the subscription is active. It acts as a data processor on our behalf, and the checks run whether or not you have ever bought anything, because the App has to know which features to unlock.
What is sent to RevenueCat:
- An anonymous identifier that RevenueCat's software generates on your device. It is not your name, your email address, or your Google account, and we do not connect it to any of them.
- The purchase receipt Google Play issues when you buy or renew a subscription, and the resulting subscription status, renewal date, and price paid.
- Basic technical information that accompanies any network request, such as your device model, Android version, App version, country, and IP address.
What is never sent to RevenueCat: your invoices, estimates, clients, catalogue items, business profile, logo, or signature. None of that ever leaves your device for this purpose. The App also does not collect or transmit your Android advertising identifier.
Because the identifier is anonymous, your subscription is tied to your Google Play account rather than to a profile held by us. If you reinstall the App or move to a new device, use Restore purchases on the Go Pro screen to recover it.
RevenueCat's handling of this data is governed by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. Google Play's handling of your payment is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
The App contains no advertising networks and no analytics SDKs — including no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics or other crash-reporting service, and no AdMob. The App displays no advertisements of any kind.
The third-party components the App communicates with are these, and no others:
- Google Play Services (Downloadable Fonts): supplies the App's typefaces on first launch.
- Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication: only if you choose to sign in.
- Google Drive API: only if you choose to enable backup.
- Google Play Billing: only if you purchase a subscription.
- RevenueCat: confirms whether a subscription is active and supplies current subscription prices, as described in Section 6. This is the only non-Google service the App contacts.
The Google services are operated by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy. RevenueCat is operated by RevenueCat, Inc. and governed by the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. None of these receives the contents of your invoices.
8. Data Storage and Security
Your data is held in the App's private storage area on your device, which Android isolates from other applications. Because we operate no server that stores your invoices, there is no central database of customer data for us to lose. If you enable Drive backup, your data is protected by the security of your own Google account — we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on it.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the physical security of your device and for the security of any Google account you connect.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we never receive your invoice data, there is nothing on our side to retain, export, or delete on your behalf. Your data stays entirely under your control:
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored invoices, clients, items, and settings from your device.
- You can clear the App's data at any time via Android Settings → Apps → Invoxa → Storage & cache, without uninstalling.
- If you enabled Drive backup, you can delete the stored backup by revoking the App's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which removes its app-data folder from your Drive.
- You can revoke any granted permission (Camera, Notifications) at any time via Android Settings, which immediately stops the App from using it.
- The subscription records described in Section 6 are the one thing you cannot delete from the device. Purchase history is held by Google Play under your own Google account, and the anonymous subscription record is held by RevenueCat for as long as we use the service. Email us at jeetkkadyan@gmail.com and we will have it deleted — note that deleting it also removes the proof of purchase that keeps paid features unlocked.
If you have any question about your data, contact us at jeetkkadyan@gmail.com.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Because the App stores your data locally on your device and we hold no copy of it, you can exercise all of these rights over your invoices, clients, and business details directly and immediately yourself, without needing to ask us. The only record about you that exists off your device is the anonymous subscription record in Section 6; contact us and we will provide or delete it. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use any of it for advertising.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because the App does not collect personal information from anyone.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality changes in a future version — for example, if a future update ever adds analytics, advertising, or server-side storage of your invoices, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what changed and why, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect it. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
