Delete Your Data

Invoxa: Invoice Receipt Maker

Effective Date: August 20, 2026  |  Last Updated: August 20, 2026

1. Where Your Data Actually Lives

Invoxa is local-first. Your invoices, estimates, clients, catalogue items, business profile, logo, signature and settings are held in the App's private storage on your own device. RevaRamdoot Studios operates no server that receives them, so there is no central copy of your data anywhere.

There are only two places your data can be, and you control both:

  • Your device — always. See Section 2.
  • Your own Google Drive — only if you personally switched on Drive backup, which is off by default. See Section 3.

Because we hold nothing, you can delete everything yourself, immediately, without asking us and without waiting on a request to be processed.

2. Delete the Data on Your Device

Export anything you still need first. These steps are immediate and permanent, and unless you have Drive backup switched on there is no copy to restore from — not on your device, and not with us.

Option 1 — Clear the App's storage (keeps the App installed)

  • Open Android Settings
  • Go to AppsInvoxaStorage & cache
  • Tap Clear storage

This erases every invoice, client, item, preset and setting, returning the App to its first-launch state.

Option 2 — Uninstall the App

Uninstalling removes all of the App's locally stored data along with it.

Delete selectively instead

You do not have to erase everything. Individual invoices, clients and catalogue items can be deleted inside the App, one at a time, at any point.

3. Delete Your Google Drive Backup

If — and only if — you enabled backup, a copy of your data sits in the hidden application-data folder of your own Google Drive account. It is not on our servers, and the App cannot see any other file in your Drive.

To delete that backup, revoke the App's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing access removes the App's application-data folder, and the backup inside it, from your Drive.

Clearing your device storage does not delete a Drive backup, and revoking Drive access does not delete the data on your device. To remove everything, do both. Fuller detail is on the Delete Your Account page.

4. What We Delete on Our Side

Nothing, because we hold nothing. This is not a policy choice we could quietly reverse without telling you — the App ships with no analytics SDK, no advertising network and no crash-reporting service, and there is no RevaRamdoot Studios server that your invoice data is ever sent to.

Specifically, there is no data of yours in any of these categories for us to delete:

  • No account profile, because the App creates no account.
  • No usage analytics, anonymised or otherwise.
  • No crash reports or device identifiers.
  • No copies of your invoices, clients, or business details.
  • No payment or card details — subscriptions are processed by Google Play, which never discloses them to us.

If a future version of the App ever changes this, the Privacy Policy will be updated to say so before that version ships.

5. What Deletion Cannot Reach

  • Invoices you have already sent or exported. Once a PDF is emailed, messaged, printed or saved elsewhere, it is governed by whichever service you sent it to. Neither you nor we can recall it from the App.
  • Your Google account itself. Revoking the App's access does not touch anything else in your Drive, which the App was never able to see.
  • An active subscription. Deleting your data does not cancel it. Manage or cancel it at play.google.com/store/apps/subscriptions.
