How to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by GenAI.
Option 1 — From Within the App
- Open GenAI: AI Video Generator
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap "Delete My Data"
- Confirm your request
Option 2 — Via Email
Send an email to jeetkkadyan@gmail.com with the following details:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request — GenAI
- Email address associated with your account
- Device information to help us locate your data (optional)
What Data Gets Deleted
- Account data: Email, profile information, and preferences
- Generation history: Your text prompts, uploaded images, and generation logs
- Generated videos: Any videos stored on our servers
- Usage analytics: App interaction data linked to your identity
- Crash reports: Error logs associated with your device
- Purchase history: Records of credit purchases and usage (note: Google Play maintains its own transaction records)
What May Be Retained
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
- Data required to be retained by law or for legal compliance
- Transaction records maintained by Google Play (managed by Google)
Data Sent to Third-Party AI Engines
When you generate videos, your prompts and images are processed by third-party AI engines (Sora, Veo, PixVerse, Kling, etc.). Each provider has its own data retention policies. Deleting your data from GenAI does not automatically delete data held by these third-party providers. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for data deletion procedures.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
